Internet is a one of the biggest discovery by the human being . All types of answer are available for our question which we ask on it. Basically we all use the few parts of internet . Without internet our generation can't be do progress . Basically internet are divided into three parts :-
First is that a surface web . Surface web daily usable in our daily life. Google, Facebook, instagram , twitter , Yahoo e.t.c are the best example to understand the surface web. The surface web are only 4% of the internet. All we use surface web for our basic need.
Deep web are the unknown web . About 90% data are Available on this web. A normal person can't be use deep in his life . More of people are don't know about it. Basically Deep web are use by government. Academic database, medical records , scientific records or many government records are available on this web. All government secret are available on this web.
Dark web are basically unknown for us . Dark web are 6% web of the internet. But all types of illegal works are done on this web like : - drugs dealing, weapon marketing, illegal goods . Dark web are illegal if we use this web without any knowledge . We can go prison. 
A internet is a born for our daily life . But more of the Young's use wrong way of internet. Internet are can be a god  if we use internet for gain knowledge but it can be devil for us if we don't right use of internet.
